Hello Everyone.
This is Terrie and I have great news; we have the option of permanent lawn care upkeep and we have an estimate on repairing the fence.
First the lawn care: Jason Shy is going to cut the grass in the common area AND around the Biltmore sign this week (week of July 27, 2015) for $150 (because of the current condition) and maintain the upkeep for $50 (anytime it needs cutting).
Secondly the fence: Dan (neighbor residing on Newbury Drive) has spoken with Tim (painter) who gave an estimate of $1250 for repairing the fence. The price includes supplies, repairing the fence, pressure washing, and staining.
